This summer, I had lost almost 40 pounds and totally became a different version of myself. I’ve encountered anxiety, overwhelm, and failure after failure on my journey of weight loss. I can’t deny it is a difficult time. However, when I saw my weight is going down every day and is steadying around 165 pounds, I felt the happiness of success. I’m not afraid of the way people looked at me and to meet new friends. All my friends came back from the holidays and surprised that I changed a lot. I am much prettier than before and dare to try the clothes or styles that I never tried before.
